Dan is a proud product of the Port Hope hockey system, having grown up playing in this very community before moving onto the OJHL and OHL.

Following his minor and junior careers, Dan attended St. Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia where he played three (3) years of varsity hockey with the Huskies. Following graduation, Dan transitioned into coaching and currently serves as the Goalie Development Coach with the St. Louis Blues.

Dan and his family have spent decades giving back through coaching, mentorship and volunteerism. His parents, Dan Sr. and Liz Stewart, are still active volunteers in the Port Hope Community to this day – a testament to the family’s lifelong dedication to service local sports.

BRANDY HENDERSON

As an active member of many community collaborations for youth and other at-risk/vulnerable populations, Brandy brings extensive experience in operations, player relations and community engagement.

An experienced social worker with over 25 years of dedicated service working in a variety of settings, including schools, residential treatment centers, and community organizations with youth and families, her leadership has helped shape countless youth programs throughout the Regional Municipality of Durham.

Brandy has spent the past three years leading policy implementation and project management in Homelessness Initiatives. In addition to her professional achievements, she is a dedicated hockey and football mom, actively supporting and engaging with teams at the grassroots level for over 15 years.

MAGGIE MOORE

Maggie is an entrepreneur and community leader with a strong background in both business and youth hockey development. She is one half of the founders of Mooresy Hockey Development and the Northumberland St. Pats, which she, and her husband Steve, have led for over 8 years, helping young athletes grow both on and off the ice.

In addition to her endeavours at the rink, Maggie also runs Moore Sparkle, a successful cleaning business she’s managed for 13 years.

Before her entrepreneurial journey, Maggie worked for 8 years at Frito Lay Canada where she built a strong foundation in business planning, with success rooted in performance and trusted client relationships.

Born in Uxbridge and raised primarily in Hamilton, Maggie met her husband, Steve, in her hometown of Uxbridge. They eventually settled in Campbellcroft, where they continue to reside today.

STEVE MOORE

Steve is a lifelong hockey enthusiast and dedicated family man.

He is the other half of the founders of Mooresy Hockey Development and the Northumberland St. Pats, which he, and his wife Maggie, have led of over 8 years. Steve plays an active role in youth development – coaching tournament teams and serving as an evaluator for various minor hockey associations.

Off the ice, Steve is the National Ergonomic Coordinator for UNIFOR, representing General Motors. In this role, he specializes in resolving critical health and safety issues across multiple industries, with a focus on automotive. He is also involved in strategic negotiations for collective bargaining agreements, ensuring safer, more sustainable workplaces.

Steve bring a deep commitment to community, safety, and the future of the game.
