Panthers Launch Search for General Manager and Head Coach

The Port Hope Panthers are excited to announce that the organization has officially begun the search for both a new General Manager and Head Coach ahead of the upcoming season.

As the Panthers continue to build toward the future, the organization is seeking passionate and experienced leaders who are committed to player development, building a strong team culture, and helping drive long-term success both on and off the ice.

The General Manager role will focus on hockey operations including recruitment, scouting, player retention, and roster management. The organization is seeking an individual with strong leadership experience and a deep understanding of the minor hockey development system, Hockey Canada regulations, and player movement processes. The Head Coach position will focus on leading the team’s on-ice performance while creating an accountable, development-focused environment for players and staff. The successful candidate will bring elite-level coaching experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build a culture that reflects the values of the Port Hope Panthers organization.
